Mr. Grim 2 da Reapa's Bio

Miami's 1st Conscious Rapper
"(:Mr. Grim 2 Da Reapa:)"
-

-

Miami's 1st Conscious Rapper, better known as Mr. Grim 2 da Reapa, brings a refreshingly new flavor to the Hip-Hop Game. With his Southern delivery, East Coast Lyricism, & Gangstafied perspective like the West Coast, it's no wonder why Grim has Universal appeal. Brought up in a multi-cultural family, Grim realized the importance of unity, especially in a world so negatively divided.

-

"I know that music & entertainment as a whole is the best way to move the masses, so why not use it to enlighten & motivate people?", says Grim. "The truth is hard to swallow, but it shall set you free in the long run. My music is basically that spoon full of sugar to help the medicine go down."
-
His high energy performance & persistent work ethic has also landed him many features in magazines & websites across the world, including Hip Hop Weekly, 24HourHipHop.Com, & Grind Magazine just to name a few.

-

Mr. Reapa has opened up for such artists as Jagged Edge, Lil' Boosie, Ice Berg, Brisco, Triple C's, & the legendary JT Money. He also has performed at major events such as the Florida Entertainment Summit, The Peace N Da Hood Fest, & the Sistrunk Festival.

-

Besides just the regular Night Club shows, Reapa is also heavily involved with the community; performing at schools and speaking to the kids at parks & community centers. Even though, he has songs talking about the street life, most of Grim's music has a foundation in Positivity & Love. You're either going to relate to his music or learn something new from it. The versatility of his subject matters makes him a poetic author more than a rapper.
-
With his "Inner~Galactic" project already making the rounds on blogsites & radioshows across the nation, and his well-anticipated "Tales Of Love & Warfare" Mixtape with DJ Meat of Street Connect DJs in the works, Mr. Grim 2 da Reapa is becoming a serious force to be reckoned with.

Grim Slanguistics

HOTEP - NAMASTE - LUVnLIGHT - ONENESS

Alotta people ask why I'm alwayz saying Hotep, Namaste, LuvNLight, Oneness, so here's my explanation:

-
-
-
Hotep is an Egyptian word that translates roughly "to be satisfied, at peace". Alotta Nuwaubians & Israelites greet each other this way.

-

Namaste is Hindu for "I bow to you". But not as a slave. It's like the God within me recognizes the God within you. Anutha way to greet each other.

-

I originally got Love And Light from the Native Americans, but the Wiccans, New Age Thinkers, etc. also say this to invoke good energy. Anutha way to greet each other.

-

ONENESS because the UNI~Verse is ONE.
It is ALL part of God.
The Ultimate Viewpoint of Reality is not seperate.
We are ALL with the ONE & ONE with the ALL.
Sort of a Buddhist concept.

-

So with ALL that being said :::: Hotep Namaste LuvNLight ONENESS
